Early Bird! Save by registering before 7/31.

Readers Table $250 (Early Bird $229): Each 15-min reading session is $30 to the public. Clients pay directly to the readers. Expo staff to coordinate clients sign up list. Estimated total of 24 sessions/reader ($720 revenue).

Payment Process

Approved applicants will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions.

We accept credit cards and Venmo.

A 3.5% process fee will apply to credit card payments.

Readers tables include:

36” round table and 2 chairs
1 social media post
Your picture and name on an onsite poster
Your bio on the reader’s check-in table
Your logo linked to website on Expo homepage
1 exhibitor badge
